Resident Selection Criteria
All residents must meet the following minimum criteria to be accepted for residency at Crystal Lofts.
All existing residents are subject to the same criteria.
∗ Applicant must provide a minimum of two (2) years residency information. An unsatisfied, unlawful
detained action will be grounds for denial. Please be prepared to provide the following: 1) Photo ID,
2) SS Card, 3) Proof of Income, 4) Three (3) most recent paycheck stubs, FIA, Social Security or VA print outs.
∗ The combined household income must be equal to or greater than two (2) times the rental dollar amount.
∗ Credit worthiness will be established, however, the following are grounds for immediate denial:
a) Open Bankruptcy.
b) Unpaid Civil Judgment(s) within the last two (2) years.
∗ Criminal Background Checks will be completed on all prospective residents 18 years or over.
∗ A non-refundable application fee of $30 is charged per person 18 years and over.
CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED.
Cashiers Checks or Money Orders should be payable to Crystal Lofts. This fee must be paid before your application is processed.
